Discipleship in an Age of Diversity: Leading for Transformation through Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Lay Edition (Laity)
What if the way God wired you is directly connected to how you are called to serve? This interactive workshop introduces laity to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) as a powerful tool for deepening self-awareness, strengthening ministry effectiveness, and enhancing collaboration within the body of Christ. Participants will explore; how personality preferences, how we gather energy, process information, make decisions, and approach structure, shape the way we preach, teach, lead, serve, and relate to others in ministry. Whether you are clergy or laity, this workshop affirms that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to ministry, only Spirit-led service expressed through uniquely designed individuals.
